You need upgrading the BIOS first and next to upgrading the Android and next to the Windows 8.1 for Intel Windows or Android tablet

Tools that will be needed before firmware upgrading：

1-Usb-OTG Cable

2-Usb Keyboard

3-Usb Disk or Micro SD Card

4-USB Hub (If Install with USB Disk- If  install with Micro Sd Card No need USB Hub) 

Installation

1- Bios Upgrade
2- Android Install
3- Win8 Install
4- Switch OS Installation


1- Bios Upgrade

 Unzip File  BIOSVI8超极版(飞洋屏）驰为
and then copy files in USB Disk or Mico Sd Card

IMPORTANT :
U disk formatted as FAT32, named WINPE
 
Then Connect Keyboard With USB-OTG Cable to tablet

If you use USB Disk; connect USB Hub and plug USB disk to USB Hub

Press Power On button and when opening Press ESC on keyboard
EFI BIOS menu will open

Choose Boot Manager
Boot Loader menu will open and choose second press Enter

 

And then no touch and no click 

The screen will be dark when finished.
Then finish upgrading BIOS.Please check below picture for information
